Mesajında neler olsun?

  • Telefon modeli, işletim sistemi ve oyun sürümü.
  • Sorunun yaşandığı bölüm veya ekran; sorunu tekrar oluşturan adımlar.
  • Hata mesajı ve istersen kişisel bilgileri gizlenmiş ekran görüntüsü.

Şifre, ebeveyn PIN'i veya ödeme kartı bilgisi gönderme.

Reklam açılmıyor

Yaş aralığı seçilmemiş veya 18 yaş altı oyuncular için reklam seçenekleri kapalıdır. Yetişkinsen internet bağlantını ve reklam gizliliği tercihlerini kontrol et, biraz sonra yeniden dene. Reklam bulunabilirliği bölge ve sağlayıcıya bağlıdır. Sorun sürerse ekrandaki mesajı bize ilet.

İlerleme ve veri talepleri

Bulut kurtarma yoktur. Sorun giderirken uygulamayı kaldırma veya verilerini silme; ilerleme kaybolabilir. Silinen yerel ilerlemenin kurtarılacağını garanti edemiyoruz. Destekle paylaştığın kişisel bilgiler için aynı adrese “Gizlilik talebi” konusuyla yazabilirsin.

What to include

  • Your phone model, operating-system version and game version.
  • The chapter or screen affected, and steps that reproduce the issue.
  • The error message and, optionally, a screenshot with personal information hidden.

Do not send passwords, parent PINs or payment card details.

An ad will not load

Ad options are disabled for players who have not selected an age range and players under 18. If you are an adult, check your internet connection and advertising privacy choices, then try again later. Availability depends on your region and the provider. If the issue continues, send us the message shown on screen.

Progress and data requests

There is no cloud recovery. Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while troubleshooting; progress may be lost. We cannot guarantee recovery of deleted local progress. For personal information shared with support, email the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject.
